Presenting iPads to the headmaster and staff of Tweneboa Kodua Senior High School on behalf of the Akyerema Foundation

I was happy to give out iPads to the headmaster and 3 other very hard working staff members at Tweneboa Kodua Senior High School (TKSHS) on behalf of the Akyerema Foundation.
Akyerema Foundation board member Roland Akosah, who brought the gifts in from the US, continually reminds us of how important teachers are in the lives of the young men and women in our senior high schools. According to Roland, these gifts are a token of our and the Foundations appreciation of the staff’s hard work and dedication to the students of TKSHS.
The gifts were handed to the teachers at the NYU Center for Technology and Economic Development (CTED) building’s conference room in Kumawu. The recipients are Mr. John Asante Bawuah (Headmaster), Mr. Charles Okyere (Assistant Headmaster), Mrs. Juliana Ackah (Senior House Mistress), and Mr. Joseph Fokuo (Senior House Master).
Akyerema Foundation is a non-profit foundation registered in the U.S. and dedicated to helping TKSHS and the young people of Kumawu. CTED is a research center of New York University directed by Professor Yaw Nyarko with offices in Kumawu, Accra, New York and Abu Dhabi engaged in research on technology and economic development related to rural and small holder farmers in developing countries.
